The 9th commandment commands us in addition to this to be chaste and pure interiorly, that is mind and in heart. It forbids guilty thought or desire of anything that is prohibited by the 6th commandment.

A.  The meaning of the 6th Commandment is not to steal one's neighbor through adultery and to not commit sin against their spouse. It also means that one will not covet their neighbor’s house. They shall not covet their neighbor’s wife or his servant, man or woman, or his ox or their donkey, or anything that is theirs. The meaning of the 9th Commandment is to be chaste and pure interiorly, that is, in mind and in heart. It also means that everyone shall not commit the sin Lust, Lust is thinking about bad stuff (sexual/naked, etc.) about the person.It also means that you are "not yet" satisfied with your mind and these people,are rapists.

B. The values of the 6th and 9th Commandment is that it is a concrete and very fair. It tells us the bad deeds one can accidentally abuse/hurt themselves.It gives us order and teaches us to show gratitude and respect to others.

C.Some actions to help one follow God's will, by following the 6th and 9th Commandment is by showing gratitude for your everyday life and to thank him for having his/her own family and the plan God planed for them.
