         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my opinion, <strong>the first level inquiry</strong> requires understanding、confirmation and memory, and need a little bit research skill and mostly self-management skill.<br><strong>the second level inquiry</strong> requires more research and a bit thinking skill.<br><strong>the third level inquiry</strong> requires thinking skill, more research and communication skill. also need more self-management.<br><strong>the four level inquiry</strong> requires the 5 skills for it's might lead a  discussion and collaboration with positive and negative opinions.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first thing come to my mind is how to use key phrase, online resource and academic database to do research, and remind them to proper filtering the media. <br>the second one is how to construct a strategy to efficiently manage the time and collaborate and ask right question. <br>last but not least is the critical thinking, the skill is to make sure our key concept is being verified and tested, and keep reflection on the decision we made.<br> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When apply a new concept in my subject, I will <strong>simplify the key question, deliver the concept layer by layer. <br>also start from narrow the question and build prior knowledge, then follow with open-end question, to make the inquiry more structured and clear.</strong> <br>The content and inquiry is better related to the student, because <strong>self-motivation </strong>is also something should be held as planning ahead. we always hope the student could think deeper of the topic, self-guided and earning more then we've planned to offer. </div>]]></description>
