1. You should all be able to edit the documents directly within Moodle. In the meeting I showed you all how to - let me know if you still have problems. I´ll check editing rights too!
2. Yes they can - the documents are theirs and they can do whatever they like with them.

1. Yes definitely use the Training adivsor Guidelines - they are available in PD General Resources. Do we need a separate course/area on Moodle for mentors maybe?
2. It´s their development so they need to take owenrship. Gently encourage them to reflect on their teaching/area of their work. Do a self obs? To try and identify what they can focus on.

1. Shading can of course be done by them. If they are apprehensive, then maybe do in the PD meeting with mentor.
2. Time and place of meeting has to be convenient to both of you. No need to rush to get a meeting done for the sake of it - organise a time that works for both.
3. If you want to have a computer in front of you whilst doing meetings then of course they will have to be onsite.

1. Shading can be done by them or by mentor and mentee together in the PD meeting.
2. Difficult one to manage. Encourage them to focus them on other areas - it´s not just about teaching higher levels! We can organise peer obs and trial teaching opportunities so they get a flavour for new levels. Also atttending training sessions that are pertinant to those levels.
3. Ask them to make sure there is evidence in their folder that demonstrates they are competent in that area. If the folder comes to me and I can´t find any evidence, then I won´t put it forward to Gary for pay review.
