District: Catholic Memorial BUSHIELD https://padlet.com/BUSHIELD/2cnmp0ahm4puekh5/wish/2808062008 Vision: With the additional resources provided through this grant, Catholic Memorial has created a Health and Wellness Team to expand student services for physical and mental health support. CM's school counselors, athletic trainers, and the nurse collaborate biweekly about student physical, social, academic, and mental health issues while collaborating and structuring appropriate intervention plans. Currently, the ratio of students to counselors is 125:1, providing a high level of support for each student facing unique challenges. I would like to measure the amount of times the group meets, the scope of student intervention, and how this support can improve the retention rate at the school.
