In these videos above we have both a video of a cognitive player and a professional player. When watching the two clips the cognitive player is very uncomfortable when playing which shows he hasn't played the sport for very long or practiced as much as he should have. When watching the professional play it is very high tense, sharp movements to get to the ball. This shows that he has been taught this overtime and has gradually got better at it. Because he is practicing it so much in training it means that he will automatically do it in a game scenario because of how much he is used to it. A cognitive players reactions are twice as slow as a professional players reactions.

In these two videos we can see both our cognitive learner and professional player performing gross motor abilities. In the clip of the cognitive player taking his serve you can see there is not much conviction or pace behind the ball which means it will be easier for the opponent to return the shot. When watching the professional player you can see that he has a lot of power and pace behind the shot which shows that he wants to win the point straight away. When comparing the two videos you can tell which one has had a lot of work practicing and which one hasn't.
