I like the interesting videos that you embedded into the PowerPoint slides. I am happy to see Padlet being used in many of the e-workshop in that my e-workshop is actually on the usefulness of Padlet on student-centered teaching and learning. 
You dealt in detail about the 'win-win' strategy which is of course the best solution in conflicts; however, we many sometimes resort to other strategies such as compromise or win-lose etc. I was expecting at least a brief mention about those alternatives. 
Nevertheless, I enjoyed going through your informative and nice PPT slides and the videos. Your workshop completely elaborated about win-win condition for conflict resolution. After going through your e-workshop one can get a complete idea that what is a conflict and how to resolve it by win-win method so that it can work for both persons.
Overall ,workshop was interesting and a learning experience.
It reminds us all about conflict resolution as we learn in PCS course.
