Paxton's Opinion

My opinion on juveniles and the juvenile system is that it does depend on the situation, it depends on what the crime was, how old they were, if this was their first offense or not, were they put up to it? There's a lot of factors to take into consideration that make me lean more towards one side than the other. But for the most part I believe the punishment will fit the crime. So if a 13+ year old kills another individual than a life sentence might be suitable, especially if it isn't there first offense.
