         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>+ Students stated that they enjoyed working in groups and that it promoted confidence.&nbsp;<br><br>+ The use of the padlet enabled all to use their own devices where they were able to see real time updates which prompted input from the learners<br><br>- In one group the stronger element took over resulting in the quieter students becoming passengers. This is supported by Barkley&nbsp; (2014, p.171) who states that “she noticed that while most of the groups were working well, a few were not... The quiet members seemed to accept the dominant member’s responses regardless of the quality of the response.”.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
