  • Los extranjeros eran hombres libres pero no tenían derechos políticos se les denominaba "metecos" en Atenas y "Periecos" en Esparta.
  • Las mujeres no recibían consideración de ciudadanas. Apenas tenían derechos y se ocupaban de las actividades domésticas y el cuidado de los hijos.
  • Los esclavos no tenían derechos y se les consideraba propiedad. Eran muy numerosos y su situación variaba depende del lugar dónde se encontrasen.
