I think reading helps me relax the most because when I read, I feel calm and quiet. The video said reading is an indoor activity that helps you rest your mind. I like imagining the stories in my head like going on an adventure without moving!

I feel most creative outdoors because there’s so much to see and hear! When I’m outside, I get ideas from the trees, the sky, and even the sounds of birds.
