Because when I watched his interview, I felt his speaking was so natural and I could understand well with the proper speed. About the content, it was good. I think that he told about teacher Lee's future plans for improving like doing a group activities or presentations, and past efforts what he did for his lecture. But I think that I couldn't get the answer about the core skills that teacher Lee should build clearly. Finally, I think that when he did the interview, his voice was very comfortable, and loud. First of all, speaking about the problem seemed too much. The explanation of the problem seemed too specific. It could be better if he had used it for adding examples on the solution part. Second, the solution was quite general. Last, it could be better if he has given more specific examples. Not just what could happen, but if what kind of results if the teacher has done this kind of solution or that kind of solution.
Overall, there was good eye contact with fluency in English. However, when the speaker has to pause, the use of words like 'um' was recognizable.

From the perspective of content, he analyzed teacher Lee's class style correctly and he gave some useful advice to help teacher Lee to improve the class, such as adding some group work…In that way, teacher Lee can better organize the class and make himself form 'a talker' into 'a listener' or we can say 'a helper'. From the perspective of attitude/presentation, it was good on the whole but I think the interviewee could do it better, because he wore a mask in the video, that’s really difficult to read his facial expressions and the voice also became a little blurred.

I was also able to understand what he meant. Secondly, in terms of content I think there are some shortcomings. He overstates the content of the material, and his own ideas and the advice he gives are not sufficient. For example, in terms of answering students' questions, he could suggest that Mr. Lee take the initiative to ask students more after class about what they don't understand and explain them. However, he also clearly articulates the strengths as well as the weaknesses of the teachers in the material. Lastly, with regard to attitude, I found his mood to be calm and poised, his voice to be moderate and his intonation to be very appropriate. However, his facial expression was low and lacked some infectiousness and vitality. To summarize, it was a good mock interview.

However, while saying the content, he pretty used some hesitant expressions like 'Hmm' occasionally. So, I give 4 points to the part of language skill. Next, I think his content about the question is proper following the rule. That is, he seemed to understand the purpose of the question. So, he showed good summary of the text and suggested appropriate methods. But, I think that if he emphasizes the content about the core skill for Lee to improve, his total content will become much better and show what he wants to say more clear. Because of this, I score 4 points to content part. About the part of attitude and presentation, I think he showed his perfect attitudes while speaking the responds about the questions. When he spoke, he kept eye contact well and showed confidence to say. So, I give full score(5 points) to attitudes/presentation part.

Although it is appropriate to identify the problems of restricted student's participation in class due to the teacher's one-sided lecture and suggest direction for improvement, but there is a lack of specific examples and explanations to support the direction.
This has been the feedback on his contents so far, and the next is about his presentation attitude. Considering all of this, his presentation attitude is desirable.

Still, I think he interviewed with a natural flow. And he spoke at a proper pace that others could understand well. In terms of content, I think he talked well about the teacher Lee's past efforts for high-quality teaching skills. He talked well about the teaching methods that Lee should fix by reflecting on the students' thoughts. However, Lee did not clearly talk about the core competencies teacher Lee had to create. So I gave him four points in this part. Finally, in terms of attitude, I think he participated in the interview correctly, making eye contact with the interviewers in a suitable manner. In addition, the appropriate tone and tone of voice were used during his interview so I gave a perfect score in this part.

According to Teacher competency development evaluation, students thought Teacher Lee was the only one speaking during class, and there was no time to listen to other students thoughts. In this respect, to solve this problem, he suggested that Teacher Lee should answer students' questions when they have any. There is no reply about core skills Teacher Lee should build, but Teacher Lee’s past efforts and solutions to improve teaching ability. Lastly, his attitude and presentation is excellent.

Language Skill: 5
Content 4:
Attitude/Presentation: 5

First of all, his language skill are fluent and clear. I was able to hear his answer without hesitating to figure out the main content. Also, the speed was comfortable to hear and the intonation was easy to hear. Even though he hesitated a bit, by using some expressions like “hmm”, for example, I think it is better to use it instead of saying nothing at all.
Secondly, I gave 4points in the content part because I thought his examples were not enough. His description was good though. He didn’t tell us about the skills that Lee had, but only told a lot of solutions and abilities that Lee had.
I gave him 5 points in the attitude/presentation part because I could see him trying to look at the audience and make eye contact through his presentation, and it helped me to concentrate on him. I appreciate the attitude he showed us while he talked because it felt he was confident about what he was going to say, and proved us that he is not just memorizing it, but fully understanding the content.
