There was a time when pharohs roamed
Nowhere to go and nile was a place to call home
My only friend was the god of the moon
And even sometimes he curse me, too

Then one night, as I closed my eyes
I saw some slaves walking by
They came to me with the sweetest smile
Told me they wanted to be slaves for awhile
One man said, "Omar Samy, that's what they call me
I used to be a priest and now I am a poor guy." and ever since that day

I am a priest from Egypt
Usually pleacing my gods in temples
And when we're bored we take a bath
Rincing my mouth off with salt
"Please the gods" they say to me
Or they will come for me

Egypt is home to preists like me
And priests like me die

He stabed himself and told me to die
To die with him and go the the after life
Together we will fly away in a cloud of green
To your beautiful destiny
As we sat by the tomb where he layed
I realized I had made a horrable choice
Soon enough we drank poison
Peacefully my body hit the sand
And ever since that day
