Traditional cities are built around different things, they may have these things, but they aren’t there to achieve a certain thing. 
Green agriculture is focused to use renewable energy, zero tillage, biotechnology, organic farming and other things having to do with these topics. Traditional farming doesn’t focus on doing things to help the environment and they still do things that cause damage to the environment.
Denmark is considered to be the “greenest country in the world” because they exceed in every indicator of being eco-friendly. The disaster led to the formation of the 1980 of the superfund program, which helps pay for the cleanup of toxic sites.
