Green table work independently and sre not allowed to ask the teacher any questions. Amber table feel they can work but are allowed to ask questions to children on the green table to support them. Red table works with the teacher. Children can move around dependent on whether they can work independently, need help, or once having worked with the teacher and feel ready to have a go on the Amber/green table.

    Revisit the spots at the end of the lesson and ask the students to reflect and re sit themselves based on their confidence and self assessment
