10 tomatillos

4 serrano chiles

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

8 tortillas, stale, cut into triangles

oil

1/2 cups onion, chopped

2/3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped

3/4 cups queso fresco, crumbled

1/3 cups sour cream

In a pot, place peeled tomatillos and serrano chiles. Cover with water and heat over low heat.

Transfer ingredients and 1/3 of the cooking water to a blender and blend to a sauce.

Pour sauce into a large pot, season with salt, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until slightly reduced giving the flavors time to meld. Keep warm.

In a large skillet, place about 0.3 inches of oil. Fry half of the tortilla triangles for about 3 minutes until slightly brown.

Repeat previous step with leftover tortillas.

Drain fried tortilla triangles on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.

Remove ¾ of oil from the skillet and place tortilla triangles back in.

Add onion and cover. Let cook for about 4 minutes until translucent. Stir constantly making sure the ingredients do not stick or burn.

Pour in sauce and cook for 3 more minutes stirring constantly.

Serve quick green chilaquiles topped with cream, queso fresco, and chopped cilantro.

 • ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados? No, de hecho, solo puse mi modulo ya que muchos compañeros eligieron y al final no lo hicieron ni participaron y pues lo hice a ultimo día por que no mentiré, estaba muy ocupada con el trabajo y no me había dado tiempo de poder hacerlo, pero el próximo foro estaré 100% activa.

• ¿En cuáles de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participé: ¿Foro de esta tarea, ¿CIPAS, Web conferencias, grupo de WhatsApp, grupo de telegram? Sinceramente había una videoconferencia, asistí, pero sinceramente no vi la asistencia, fue en lo único que asistí si tengo memoria, porque cuando fue el video, también tenía tres clases pegadas más.

• ¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea? Aprendí que siempre lo dije, el inglés es algo complicado en el sentido de los pasados y presentes, sinceramente con esta actividad me queda un poco más en claro cómo se pueden utilizar o cómo podemos utilizarlos.

• ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? Si ¿por qué?  Porque, por ejemplo, yo se inglés, leerlo, pero no se pronunciarlo, a lo que voy es que este tipo de temas nos ayudaran para que podamos perfeccionar el inglés.

• ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? Aporta para que todos tengamos en especial un inglés más fluido y que nos podamos defender, también para que tengamos el conocimiento y así podamos utilizarlos en los momentos difíciles de la vida personal como profesional.
