Born January 17, 1706. Franklin proved that lighting was electricity. He also invented lighting rod witch, when the lighting hit the rod it was sent to the ground. He also made electric related terms like lexicon, battery, conductor, and conductor. He died on April 17, 1790.
Biography https://www.biography.com/people/benjamin-franklin-9301234

Born on February 18, 1745. Volta created the first electric battery. Discovered contact electricity resulting from two metals. He wrote the electromotive series this showed the highest and lowest voltages can be used from different metals can produce in battery. The unit of potential energy is named after him. He died on march 5, 1827.
Biography
https://www.famousscientists.org/alessandro-volta/

Born March 16, 1789, he discovered his law (Ohm's law) that states the current flow through a conductor directly proportional to the potential difference and inversely proportional to the resistance. The physical unit for measuring electricity is named after him. He died on July 6 1854.
Britannica Biography https://www.britannica.com/biography/Georg-Ohm
