Often, his dialogue refers to a sort of social caste, Alphas and Betas being the highest, Gammas, Deltas, and Epsilons being the lowest. During one scene, the Director is leading the students through a room of young  Beta children. A mantra is repeated over and over again, brainwashing the children.

"Alpha children wear gray. They work much harder than we do, because they're so frightfully clever. I'm really awfully glad I'm a Beta, because I don't work so hard. And then we are much better than the Gammas ans Deltas. Gammas are stupid. They are wear green, and Delta children wear khaki. Oh no, I don't want to play with the Delta children. And Epsilons are still worse..." pages 27 and 28.

in this book the marxist theory is challenged when the monkey is sent away for being poor. the monkey is sent home so he goes home to become extremely strong and powerful. he spends years trying to become super powerful to show up any one in his path and he does succeed till he comes across the creator. He then tries to show up the creator but tells him he is still a monkey and ends up losing a battle against god himself and is put under a rock for years to come.
