First Part
1) Old Format is very immediate, only thinking about now. The New Format concerns the future, more long-term.
2) The new format is more macro, less self-centric, and encompasses the greater aspects of society, promotes flexibility and adaptability.
3) It's an expansion from the current. The new frame is more circular. It's timely to expand the scope, and it's aligned with the Super's life-role and life-span theory.
Synergy for our Stakeholders (Teachers)
1) Our existing ECG Advising Pack is already the starting point/foundation. Perhaps we can have a follow-up in a smaller group setting to bring across the new frame to the teachers.
2) The CCE 2021 curriculum is aligned with the Future-Oriented ECG Frame.
3) To incorporate the Future-oriented frame into BTOP TPEP.

- New Frame is broader and less abstract than the 3 ECG Qns, whereas the 3 ECQ Qns are existential questions that warrant an abstract mind to think
- Proposed Frame is broader in the aspect of "Staying Relevant", which goes beyond end point "how do I get there?"
- New Frame is more directive than 3 ECG Qns => Statements vs Qns => which ones work better to provoke thinking

1) External partners must contribute in a way that we cannot do ourselves.
2) Community: - Students learn best when they go through the experiential learning beyond the school environment.
2) Industry Partners: - Internships/ short work attachment/Job shadowing. For e.g., letting the students experience what they've never experienced before. (Be intentional in preparing the students pre and post experience)
