Autocratic leadership is a management style where one person regulators all the judgements and takes very minimal inputs from other group members. Autocratic leaders make alternatives or decisions created on their own opinions and doesn’t involve others for their recommendation or suggestion. This style of leadership is usually seen in businesses that can be moderate with less workers. It’s mostly effective in organisations where nature of work involves rapid decision-making. The responsibility of the decision and the outcome is within the leader. It’s studied to be a flexible leadership style. It is useful in situations where a business face constant changes or any disaster. This allows it to be able to react to the situation promptly compared to other leadership style due to streamlined structural and fast decision-making. https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/definition/autocratic-leadership
