In the film Victoria is learning German so they use both German and English language. I think this is a good movie for German learners as I believe that the level of German used is general and simple.

The German used in the movie is not as easy to understand as in the film "Victoria" (see entry 1). In this case the whole movie is in German and I believe the accent is harder, of course as we are beginners we may not catch much. That is why I used English subtitles but I think it is still a good practice for getting the sounds needed for german pronunciation.

I tried to memorise the words related to the topics we have been seen in class so as to extend my vocabulary and reinforce the words I learnt in the class.

We spent around half an hour speaking. I tried to use what we have seen in class as much as possible. I introduced myself ans asked him basic questions to know his name, profession and about his family. Then, I talked about my hobies and the things I like. Moreover, I asked him what he does in his free time and if he wanted to go to a concert.

It is a very useful alternative way to practice, reinforce and extend the grammar learnt in class.
