         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.) Being a role model to your kids: Kids need to look up to someone and if they see you eating healthy they will soon follow you by example. <br><br>2.) Cook together with your family:The kids will learn a lot about the food their eating, especially when your showing and cooking together. <br><br>3.) Shop together as a family: Before you start cooking you have to go out and shop. When you take your family to the store make sure to explain to the kids what is health and not. Explain why and show them the labels to give them a better understanding. <br><br>4.)Buy smart: When you go to the store make sure to look at deals. There are many resources to have better deals like online,papers and many more. Just make sure that the deals you have are not expire. Saving money is key when your shopping.  <br><br>5.) Have a plan: Make sure to have a set list of foods that you want to get. When you make a list be creative on what you want to eat. But when your making a list make sure to have balance  portions with protein,fiber, greens. <br><br>6.) Eat together: As your done saving and cooking and understanding what your eating make sure to eat together. This is one of the most important one to me because at the end you should enjoy a happy and health meal together.  </div>]]></description>
