         <description><![CDATA[<div>Listening to these Ed Tech consultants sometimes feels like they are talking another language.  They sometimes go way too fast and others way too slow.  The lecture format with all learners at tables in a small room, with their own devices.  Doesn't work.  I desperately want to work at my own pace.</div>]]></description>
