Evidence
a. There is rapid diagnostic testing around the area of Uganda, but not many use these tests. The people running these tests need to help tell more of the refugees to go and get these test, because it will help save their lives.
b. There have been discussions about helping out the sleeping sickness, but they need to do a better job of getting out there so the refugees can seek help. There are clinics in Uganda; not enough refugees are going to them, only 1,563 RDT's used when there are 11,098 refugees in Uganda.
c. There are 11,098 refugees in Uganda and 3.4 RDT are done per facility. There are 57 facilities in Uganda. They need to do a better job informing refugees to get this testing done
