The children go to a village named V.F.D because they think they might find the quagmires when the go there they find out the village is full of crows and when they go into the town hall they notice a group of elders are ruling the village. Also the had to live with a handyman which was to skittish to say anything Reading response 2: The children are alone with a daily newspaper that says the are criminals even though they are not. So when they went into a grocery store the  shop keeper was very nice but when someone told him that they were criminals he tried to chase the children but they escaped him. Reading response 3: when children run out of the store they see a truck with V.F.D written on the side. Reading Response 1: The most important thing that happened was that Roan practiced and practiced and finally he got really good at litesaber fencing. Then during the tryouts it seemed like he did really good. After that he continues practicing but this time more people join in at the practices.
Reading Response 2: Roan had her lightsaber turnoment and she did really bad she lost even lost with her team. Only Turtle knows that Darkstalker can't hear or see Turtle but if he tells Anemone the truth she would be very mad at him.

Glory (Queen of Rainwings) looked like she was going to fight a innocent Nightwing but then she said with a loud voice to go say hi to your parents and family. After Turtle,Darkstalker' and Anemone passed by Glory they saw a very old kingdom. That made Turtle think he REALLY doesn't want a king for Mudwings because he could start a HUGE war or go completly crazy.

Today when I was reading I figured out that Beautys father somehow was younger than when he left to go to the city where the family + Ger had come from. Anyway Beauty's father had gone back to the city to find out what ship has been spotted and came home from the sea. And her father had been gone for more than 6-8 months.
