As a pre-service teacher, there are a lot of things or areas that I need to improve and I think that's okay because I'm still in the learning process. but it does not mean that I will be stuck in that level. I am willingly working on my self not to perfect the ratings, but to do better in the future.

I have learned that elementary students are indeed hard to handle, but as a teacher, it is your responsibility to do an actions. It is not about how great you are when it comes to preparing an IM's but about how you handle every situations whether good or bad.

I learn that as a Pre Service Teacher it have to much to learn and to improve interms of teaching and In classroom management. Classroom Management is the one that I need to improve and it helpful that we have this coaching and mentoring In that way I can enlightened what I'm going to do in some cases when it have a disruptive students. I think this coaching and mentoring have a big help in us Pre service students because it give us ideas on what to do in some cases in teaching field .

From the activity and discussion this afternoon, I learned a lot about the strategies, do's and don'ts, especially in executing a lesson. I've learned and realized how to properly create and integrate instructional materials as well as the technologies in my discussion. Furthermore, I also learned how and what are the correct or appropriate approach to the students according to their grade level. Lastly, I learned what more to expect about the differences and behaviors of the students.

In our online class I learned that we need to improve ourselves to become an effective teacher for our students. Even the small things that happen in the classroom are need to be seen and do an immediate action. Also in making instructional materials we need to make sure that we can use all of the prepared instructional materials and it can be applicable to all the diverse student. Additional how classroom management is very important in the beginning of the class to let them the dos and don't. The importance of feedbacking to them to encourage their to strive for the best.

Based from the discussion today, not all students are the same so, when we are giving feedback to them you should do it privately so they won't feel embarrased because some students don't want spotlight.

In addition, if you are going to teach or present in class, you should be confident in front of students and also show them that you are a good role model.

When it comes to instructional materials, it should be readable and presentable.

Everyday is a new lesson to be learned. And to day I have learned a lot not only about the topic but also with regards to the flow of discussion, the usefulness of application and strategies applied to make learning fun. The main highlight is the group activity that enlighten me and allows everyone to participates on respective groups to share valuable insights. It helps a lot in general classroom tsetting, the strategies , thee techniques and specially the ways of praising and addressing diverse students are helpful in everyone of us and also helpful in our field. About today's discussion I found out that good classroom rules and giving kids praise when they answer right are super important for a good learning place. Keeping what we're teaching easy to see helps kids pay attention. Also, making a classroom where everyone feels welcome to join in is really key. Having clear rules and doing things the same way often makes things run smoothly. And lastly, using different ways to teach and fun activities helps kids learn better because it fits how they learn best. This makes learning better for everyone.
