The article Fast Food's Immediate Damage To Your Health, approved there's significant convert in human anatomy among the costumers of fast food. According to the text, "Almost immediately after eating one fast food sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, the men’s arteries dilated 24 percent less than when the subjects were in a fasted state." This exemplifies that consuming fast food entails a series of insufficient blood flowing to organs and blocks. Moreover, the fast food took a step further, "Based on the current evidence, there is a strong correlation that exists between eating out, consuming more calories and fewer nutrients and an increased risk of childhood obesity and chronic disease." It demonstrates the payback behind the quick and easy food industries, rising up the possibilities of obesity and long-term diseases.

I agree with the authors statement “Based on the science, moderation with junk food doesn’t really exist” because as soon as you finish your fast food meal it starts to affect you for example the Canadian study showed that after a few hours their arteries couldn't dilate by as much as 24%

I agree with the author's point because, for one, it's called fast/junk food for a reason, and two, as compared to homemade foods, we can see that usually homemade foods take far longer to cook than fast foods. While fast food/junk foods takes much longer to digest.
