         <description><![CDATA[<div>Week 3 (13th April)<br>We listed 5 top competitors of Chopstick Diner and did a SWOT analysis for each of them. <br><br><strong>DAH MAKAN:<br></strong>Strengths: Strong social media directions, eco friendly packaging and cutlery, variety choices, different menu every day.&nbsp; <br>Weakness: Pricey <br>Opportunities: Add in beverages in their menu<br>Threats: Many competitors<br><br><strong>THE NAKED LUNCHBOX<br></strong>Strengths: They have lunch box promo set (for the duration of 5 days). <br>Weakness:<br>Opportunities: The FB &amp; Instagram feed can be improved.<br>Threats: Have better/ well known competitors. <br><br><strong>CLEAN BITES<br></strong>Strengths: free delivery services to 18 places in the Klang Valley<br>Weakness: Spelling errors on their copies. Inactive on social media. Weak past social media contents. Opportunities: With a makeover for webdesign and frequent social media postings, Clean Bites will be able to reach more audience. <br>Threats: Competitors have a much stronger concept, concept and consistency in advertising on social media. <br><br><strong>THE REBELLIOUS CHICKPEA</strong><br>Strengths: Variety choices; menu changes weekly; Sells, nuts in jar (snacks)<br>Weakness: Opening hours is only 11a.m. to 2p.m. (Monday-Friday); Facebook &amp; Instagram post visuals are lacking; Social media posts does not have much audience; No website<br>Opportunities: Interactive ads on social media updates; Logo can be improve<br>Threats: Delivery may be affected by weather; Order must be done one day before</div><div><br><strong>DIETLICIOUSS<br></strong>Strength: Attractive and functional website; No preservative, additive or anything genetically modified; Fresh and natural ingredients; Offers customised frozen meal; Available on Google Play and Android Store; Available online and offline as they have a physical store</div><div>Weakness: Confusing looking logo; Confusing and long winded ordering process; Lack of visual support for menu; Order opens from only 830am - 1030am; Delivery time is only from 11am - 2pm</div>]]></description>

So we ended up meeting their one of their marketing team, Anthea.&nbsp;<br><br>The presentation went smoothly. The client is more concerned on boosting their brand awareness than other objectives. &nbsp;<br><br>Few hours after the meeting, Anthea emailed us saying that we are accepted by them. </div>]]></description>
