In this century, most people have their strength and weaknesses. Strength is something that you can improvise and maintain while weaknesses need to overcome because it could make an impact in an individuals’ life. In this particular issues, overcoming weaknesses is important. My weaknesses that existed within me are my clumsiness and overthinking. I tend to be careless most of the time when I am doing my work. Sometimes, I could easily fall to the ground because I was walking too fast and not knowing that I am tripping. Also, I would easily be preoccupied with work to the point that I am not aware of what is going on around me. Apart from that, being an overthinker is hard because I would think too much and make myself feel stressed. How I overcome my weaknesses? I would Monotask, meaning that I will do my work one thing at a time instead of multitasking, calm myself down by simple breathing technique and I will sleep every chance I get. Last but not least, I would listen and preoccupied myself with music because it helps me every time. You cannot touch music, but music can touch you.
