         <description><![CDATA[<div>The most important part in 14th Amendment was  <strong>“all persons born or naturalized in the United States.”<br><br></strong>Passed by Congress on  July 28, 1868. <br><br><strong>Supporter of 14th Amendment: <br></strong>1.94% in Republican were support.<br><br><strong>Opposed of 14th Amendment: <br></strong>No one in Democratic were support 14th Amendment. <br><br><strong>1. Description of 1 court case:  Brown v Board of Education. <br><br></strong>On that case it stated that no state can make law that discriminated on the races. In order to say that nobody can not take away their rights, they are able to continue their education no matter what race color are. (1954-1955). <br><br><strong>Summary of 14th Amendment.<br><br></strong>The 14th Amendment was focus on the education for former slaves. They helped them to start learning, reading and writing. It is one of the chances to give opportunity for them, and treated them equally. They may able to go to school as like other white kids. <strong><br></strong><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

Even the law was passed women were not still able to vote.</div>]]></description>
