I have found the more I include her, the better the attitude she has. So communication. But neither of us have much direction with her role and I don’t think she’s utilized effectively

We work together during station times, she focuses on a skill that we are learning that week. She also helps a whole lot with managing classroom behaviors so I can teach. She works hard on keeping up with the incentives and rewards as well so
