The article I examined on AllSides is titled "Trump and Putin Are Talking. What Does That Mean For Ukraine?" Essentially within the article, both global superpowers talked for an hour and a half over the phone, and Trump reported that this phone call could be the "Beginning of the End" of the Russian-Ukraine Conflict."

The Left-Leaning Media reporting on this event said that Trump sent "Mixed signals" and is planning to "Sell out Ukrainians to get peace." What's more, "Ukraine supporters," say that "Trump and Putin could be making a deal over Kyiv's head." and concluded that Trump will be "measured by whether he achieves a peace agreement that doesn't benefit the aggressor."

The Right-Leaning Media (which happens to be Russian) states that "Trump's call with Putin is causing the United States and Russia's relationship to go back to its 'natural state' which means strategic rivalry, conflicting interests, and fundamental differences in worldview." They even wrote that "For decades, the U.S has been chasing an idea, one that they could reshape Russia in its image" and that "Washington now realizes Russia was never going to be remade"

Visiting this website makes me realize how biased the media can be, and that not everything is shown. What the general public could do to combat media and their biases is to actually visit Allsides!
