Notes like these helped me identify all bones in the appendicular regions of the body. A list of some would be the clavicle, the humerus, the ulna, the radias, your carapals. On the lower half some of them are your patella, your tibia, your fibula, the femur. Theres also your phalanges and the metatarsals.

Taking notes with different markers helps me remember and understand the 6 characteristics of synnovial joints. There is the bone, cartilage, a joint cavity, synovial lining, articular capsule, and supporting ligaments. All of these make a functional knee that can move around, like a proper hinge joint.

Doing the peer review rubric really helped me understand what I needed to do and how i can get better at wrist wrapping. I learned you have to do three straps on the wrsit. Then go to the hand, wrap that and after to half strips on the wrist again. I learned that wrapping the wrist helps stabilize the wrist and make sure nothing is moving around in there.

I found arch tapping really easy because we practiced them a lot. I learned how to arch tape by watching carefully on how my peers did it and how my teacher showed me. I then practiced it a lot in intervention and class. I also learned that the pre wrap doesn't really do anything but protect your skin from getting irritated. The actual tape helps protect the inside of your foot.

Watching the american heart associtaion videos really helped me understand how to do CPR. I also learned watching my peers and teacher do it. I learned that you do cpr on someone 5 times for 30 times each time. The breaths you take has to be less then 10 seconds. You do two breaths for each 30 times you press down on there chest

With the shoulder I understand that the latissmus dorsi attatches to the lumbar spine all the way to your ribs. It the glenohumeral internal rotation and exstntion and adduction. I also know that the deltioid does GH exstenhsion and abduction.l From this paper I learned a lot of excersize you should do to help grow and build muscle.

With the trapezius I understand that the different 3 fibers do different things. On the top fiber I see that It does scapual thorasic elevation. Then For the middle fibers it does ST elevation. The lower fibers do ST depression. Its cool to see that the same muscle can do different joint movements. This was really fun to learn because now I can put in what I learned into the gym and actually have knowledge of what im training.

From this section i felt like I wasnt paying attention as muhc so I dont know much about what the joints of the ankles do. I know that there is the achilles tendon in the back, theres the post and anterior tribiafibular lig and the tallofibular lig, and many more but im not 100% chance of what every single one does. If I payed more attention I would definitly have a better idea.

I really enjoyed the Knee Evaluation lab because I got the learn how the joints would feel if they were torn. It helped a lot to learn how to do these tests because you never know when one of your friends or family can get injured. Obviously they should go to the doctor but you can also try to help them figure out whats wrongs. Lachmans test is my favorite because in my opinions its the easiest one to do.
