When it's time to incorporate something new or implement new technology you are ready to do your part and be a change agent. Educators should be accepting, as an educator I am aware that the classroom is not how it use to be and neither are my students so therefore I am accepting means that creating an inclusive and diverse environment that all are safe and welcomed to learn. Educators should strive to empower those around them to be innovative and life long learners. Lastly educators should be resilient, every day will not be easy.
