Before beginning lessons online, teachers can develop icebreakers to help students move around, communicate with peers, and feel happy and ready to start the online session. Another idea I had mind is for students to take breaks to do physical/mindfulness activities during the online instruction time. Even this semester, getting my Master's Degree, I had a professor put the words we would need to know for our midterm into a crossword puzzle and that was how we found out what our "study guide" was.
