To achieve those prospects, our key partner in BMC is we ourselves as the baking corner members who both give ideas and opinions to improve the quality either in products or services of our business. Next is to achieve a product that will always be remembered by many people, because we want to reduce losses, we choose to use a trusted supplier to be the supplier of our products. We had chose two suppliers as the main suppliers for our sweet and desserts products. Our dessert supplier for the brownies was supplied by Melanny, while for our cheese tart supplier, we chose Norliza.as the main supplier in our company. Supplier selected based on quality they provided in their product and cost for the product, this is to assure that the business we did run efficiently. And the most important thing is that the products we provided are very tasty and can be sold at affordable prices for customers.

For the next component in our Business Model Canvas is key resources. The key resources in our BMC were divided according to 3 important parts namely assets and finance; Intellectual Property and ideas and strategies. For the first part which are in assets and finance is capital. Without capital, any business will also be stuck. So, in this we contribute our saving money together. Each member in Baking Corner must to contribute in this capital. For the next part, the intellectual property in our business is smart gadgets.  Smart phone and laptop are very essential in our business. Since we stay in college, our business more focusing doing through online, with them we use to find customers, contact suppliers, doing marketing and so on. And the last part is ideas and strategies, in this the members will give their idea and strategies with final confident consideration from each member. It meant, any action and strategies should be concern under every member, it is to assure that the action will be take is the best decision we made. 

Besides, the next component in our BMC is key activities. The activities we did among are:

Every of these activities are done in our business. it is used before we want to sell our product, while we want to sell our product and after we sell our product. As we said previously, these activities also under our best consideration and the best decision we made for our business successes. 

While for our value proposition, we focused on three things which are cash on delivery, satisfaction to the customer and the last one is good quality of product with the best and affordable price. For COD, it will be provided to the customer, so that they can just stay at home and no need to go out to find our products. However, we also accept the self- pick up if they want to take it by themselves. Then, for the satisfaction to customer, the product is made from fresh home-made baker. So, the customers will always get fresh product from us. Besides getting delicious sweets and desserts, they also get it from fresh oven, therefore they also can keep our product over a long period of time around 24 hours or more. And the last one is affordable price with good quality. The price is set based on the student's willingness and ability; and the quality of the product sold. To reach that prospect, we had compared a various baker or supplier and had chose the best suppliers. As we said, the chosen supplier based on by quality of their products cost they incurred for us. With these, we guarantee that we could sell the products that our customers will likely remember, because they are attractive, tasty and reasonably priced.
