The Native Americans in Nevada was the most interesting thing to read about. Native Americans in Nevada impacted Nevadas history by the Native Americans pushed them selves very hard to survive. When they did this, they did survive and had gathering that brought many settlers to Nevada. Nevada is a great state because the people in Nevada are amazing outstanding people. Also there are soooo many fun things to do in the great state of Nevada. In Module 1 under Native Americans In Nevada in the 3rd paragraph it says," Despite their mobile existence, Nevada Indians developed a sophisticated material and spiritual culture." This shows that Native Americans in Nevada impacted Nevada the most by it shows how they brought new material to Nevada, and all new material helps. Adittonly to that the spiritual culture brought to Nevada brought a lot more of the Native Americans to come to Nevada. In Module 1 under Native Americans in Nevada paragraph 1 it says" Only a few bands or tribes in southern Nevada practiced limited agriculture to supplement their mobile food gathering practices." This shows how the Native Americans constructed there on life without al the help of the Constitution. Additionally to that they had gathering practices with brought lots of items to Nevada's econmy.

Caitlyn Timmons
The Comstock Lode was the most interesting thing to read about. The Comstock Lode impacted on Nevada because it brought over tons of people to come live here and start businesses. This shows how Nevada is a great state because the Comstock Lode was the "largest silver strike in the United States."says module 1. This means that Nevada has a lot of value that the people missed. To me that sounds pretty awesome. Also it proves that Nevada is a great state because the Comstock Lode brought over thousands of people that could start a business here. And they did! When the people came to Nevada it pretty much kick started it to become a state. Another reason how it impacted Nevada is because people won't just go through Nevada to get to California. They would actually stop at Nevada and visit. That is why the Comstock Lode was the most interesting thing to read about.

The most interesting topic to me was the Donner Party and it shows why Nevada is a great state because no matter what kind of weather there is in Nevada you will and can survive the weather. It says on the social studies website The Donner Party, They were desprate supplies, and it was hard to survive but they tried and tried to make it. The other evidence is that a lot of people asked for the Donner Party's stuff but no one would let them have it so when they ran out of stuff they really wished that they traded with the opposite people. Kaelen Johnson was saying that the native american's is her favorite topic is that and i do agree that her evidence shows that Nevada is a wonderland.

"The richest silver mine in the United States, the Comstock Lode also contained a large amount of gold.

The most interesting thing to read to me was "The Com stock Lode". The Com stock Lode had many great impacts on Nevada. For example "It was the first major silver discovery in United States history." This shows that Nevada is a great state because having a major event take place where you live is amazing. Additionally This brought many people to Nevada making the state a better place. Another example is "... we are told that from 1859 until 1882, the official amount taken out of The Com stock was $305,779,612,48." This demonstrates that Nevada is a great place because the events during the Com stock lode provided a great economy for Nevada which helped the state grow causing more and more people to eventually move here. Dylan Graves favorite topic was the Com stock lode as well and he also proved how it helped shaped Nevada into what it is today.

I thought this was important because it shows that Nevada is not just a non successful and worthy state.“It was the first major silver discovery in United States history”. – Website Module 1, Comstock Lode. This is a quotation from Comstock lode and it shows that the Comstock Lode was important because of the major discovery. Also that it was a great title and a way that got a lot of people in Nevada and exploring Nevada. In addition, it also meant that Nevada was great and has a lot of potential and mining for silver has been very successful here. Also because of the growing population , Nevada cities had to grow in order to manage the people. this is impotant for Nevada because if the cities had stayed the deserted way they were then Nevada could have never handled the amazing Hoover Dam populations and other wonders of Nevada.
