1.5 LIMITATION OF STUDY

There are three limitations that occurs in our study. First is time. It is very hard for us to find a free time to focus on this study. The time also getting short, so cannot give a long period of time for students to answer the questioner. It means that we maybe cannot get many respondance for this survey. Second is, cooperation fron the students. Not all students can give their cooperations on this study. Some of them may be busy and don't have time to cooperate with us to answer the questioner. If can, we want every faculty have students that cooperate with us. But sometimes there are student that just ignore and don't want to answer the questioner. It will limit the number of student that involve in the survey. It will be difficult for us to achieve our objectives. Third is scope of study. For this study we only limit tonthe UTHM's student because we really want focus on needs FOC for UTHM. So, it will be more easier if we need to calculate the percentage of student if we only use UTHM's student as our respondance. But, if there is any university, collage or other IPTA want to do some survey, they can use our questioner.

Benefit that we could get from this study are first, to know is it worth or value to have full online classroom. We also want to see how efficiency of FOC when it is conducted to the students (understanding of students and way of their learning). From this research,we also compare the differences though the students’ needs in learning something in two different type of class.

1.2 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

Thesis statement for this study is looking or seeking up the clarification of the needs of full online classroom (FOC) through the issues or problems of the program that might faced by students, lecturers and the management of UTHM when implement it.

The first issues or problems of FOC are scoping to the students, in which, first, not all students have internet connection to access the online classroom. Students will also look lightly on their studies as the class is absent without teacher-- they tend to neglect their understanding by only doing and finishing the online exercise and submit it before due date and time. Students will also delay their work more if the submission date is long (for example one week)-- they tend to postpone their work and finish it at the last minute which is quit similar to normal class. Last but not least, students will use their time more on playing games and went out with their friends when they have their class 'cancel' in the campus. This makes them using their study time not as it suppose to be and tend to postpone the work assigned by their lecturer.

Lecturer will also face some problems when conducting this FOC program. Thy will not be able to know the level of understanding of their students. The lecturer will also not able to know there is any cheating on quiz or assignment, in which will effect their study understanding without being coached by the lecturers.

Last but not least, for the management in conducting the FOC, however in contrast bring some benefits to some part of students and lecturers in learning and teaching. First, lecturer can manage more than one class in one time. They also don't have to worry about thinking about where to use the class to do this FOC program as it can be conducted anywhere in the place that have internet connection. Last but not least, students and staff no need to compete for facilities such as competing for parking area with other staffs and students.
