Macbeth now feels entitled to kingship.

Macbeth was so traumatized by the act of murder (by the trembling of his hands and his state of stupefaction and anxiety after murdering Duncan) that he does not wish to do it again, but he does not care to hire murderers to do it for him. This shows that Macbeth gives no regard to human life whatsoever, but the act of murder itself scarred him.
This could, perhaps, point at Macbeth's disconnection from spirituality and his being steeped in materialism - He does not stray from murder because of moral reasons, but because of worldly feelings and emotions.

This is just as he does not care about the moral repercussions of becoming king so long as he accomplishes his material goals.
