How boys have to do all the work and the girls have to take care of the house, the kids and stuff like that. Just because they are girls or they are boys doesn't mean anything. Girls can make cars too. And boys can look after kids like a babysitter. Gender doesn't matter. We are all human and we have dreams. We shouldn't give up from them because of your gender. And the second song we listened ( I Ain't Your Mama ) that was also about gender stereotypes. The singer in this song is probably talking to her husband. It's about girl's stereotypes. And the first one is about boy's stereotypes. In the past there weren't equal laws for men and women which I find really silly. For example women weren't allowed to go to school or college. Something I really don't like is how men were given more rights than women. There are still gender stereo types but lesser than the past.
