The majors offered consist of Arts, Sciences with the related disciplines, health studies,  business, protective services, humanities, education, and lastly Trades with personal services. Some programs and sports that HCC provides are Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer, Men's Softball, and Coed Softball. The uniqueness of the college is the fact that it's a large system with departments located all over the city. Another benefit would be the high acceptance rate, so the school is a good safety. By the fact that the college is in Houston allowing me to save on boarding. However the school isn't a big wig in colleges and is a typical 2 year college.
