This dystopian world reminds me of Attack on Titan, another famous manga that is set in another dystopia that Titan's control the outskirts of the world, and the last bits of humanity remain in a spot to survive. Just like Attack on Titan, the world in Black Bullet is surviving by staying in a single protected spot, in order to live.

Humans tend to think logically, but their actions are driven by emotions(Muroto Sumire)

I think this is a very true statement and a quote that made me think more of the general aspect of humanity, as well as the doctor, Muroto Sumire that always seems to bring some philosophy to her words.

The worst thing about killing people is getting used to it. (Satomi- Rentarou)

This quote was a very interesting one as it brought to detail on how Satomi felt and how he described his feelings and emotions towards death, and at the time a friend. What it feels to loose someone or kill someone over and over again, can you still be sane?

Just what is right and what is wrong...? To begin with, just who is the enemy I must defeat?(Satomi-Rentarou)

This was another interesting quote that Satomi said in his own words, as a warrior and as a fighter. It was fairly interesting the first time I heard this as it was motivational and thought worthy quote.

Recomendation

I recommend this book to anyone who reads action manga, and wants a hint of drama in there. It is a very well thought out manga that makes you think of general society and how it reacts to certain events brought up by unknown enemies. This book is entertaining and full of fight scenes that make you want to see more. Also this book has a series of its own which means that if you don’t like reading, you can still watch it, and enjoy it in a more “rich” way. Even though the manga has more detail to character background and other things, the series itself is awesome and I recommend it to everyone that likes action.

Song

I believe the song “It’s over when it’s over” is a good song that very well describes the war that goes on with Satomi and the people around him. It talks about the fighting that he requires to keep doing, but also about never giving up and that the fight is not over, until Satomi says it’s over.
