         <description><![CDATA[<p>The formal qualifications of a president are the following: they must be 35 years old, a U.S. resident for 14 years, and a natural born citizen. The president must meet all of the requirements in order to run. There are also informal qualifications of the president such as being <span style="font-size: 13px;">well educated, having political experience, having the ability to raise large amounts of money, and good public speaking skills. M</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">ost people want the candidate to be honest and be able to connect with </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">people. I think a presidential candidate should be educated, be able to connect </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">with people, and work for more equality with the social classes.</span></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The length of a President's term in office is four years. A President can run for two consecutive terms. A President can hold office for no more than ten years in total. Election Day in the United States of America is the Tuesday following the first Monday in November. It can fall on or between November 2 and November 8. Inauguration Day occurs in the USA once every four years on January 20. It occurs in the year after presidential elections have been held. The new terms of office of the president and vice-president officially begin at noon in Washington DC.</p>]]></description>

He also has power to issue executive orders.&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">2.&nbsp;Chief of state: The president acts as the ceremonial </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">leader of the government. He represents the United States at official functions </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">and acts to promote national spirit.</span></p><p>3.&nbsp;Commander in chief: The president is responsible for the operations of the U.S. military and the overall security of the nation.</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">4.&nbsp;Chief diplomat: The president oversees U.S. foreign policy, holds talks with foreign leaders, and negotiates treaties.</span></p><p>5.&nbsp;Chief policymaker: The president has a significant influence over the legislative process. He may also propose legislation or pressure members of Congress to support or oppose certain bills.

<p>President pro tempore of the Senate Patrick Leahy- The president
pro tempore of the Senate is chosen to preside over the Senate in the absence
of the vice president.</p>

<p>Secretary of State John Kerry- The Secretary of State carries out
