Alicia has obtained countless technical and practical knowledge from her time taking a Diploma in Mass Communication and Specialist Diploma in Digital Branding and Social Media Strategies. As part of the journey to hone her craft, Alicia has worked for Quantum Endorphine Digital, a 360 Agency based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, as well as CVP Group, now rebranded as Superminted, a Creative Agency in Singapore. Being a part of both these organisations during their rapid growth stages has allowed her to gain a multitude of experience in fields like sales, business development, marketing, and project management. Educated in Fine Arts, I have developed a sensitivity to art making and the ability to dissect elements of artworks and looking past the canvas but also the artist. Currently pursuing in BA(Hons) Arts Management, it has provide Reihan further education into arts management, and broaden his thinking processes.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Wanting to raise questions as he believes that art serves that purpose and to make art available to everyone and anyone. Currently working at WOAW Gallery, a gallery that aligns itself with the goal of making art available for everyone and anyone this has him to learn in depth of what makes a show successful, the importance of networking and being tactful.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>As someone who is also deeply interested in fashion, he spend most of his time reading up on fashion trends and dwelling into forecasting of what is on the up and up; and how certain genres of music, readings and happening have paved the way for certain trends to make its way up. As an aspiring arts researcher and curator, Carla is passionate about cross-cultural interactions and arts research. She is also a graduate of LASALLE’s Diploma in Broadcast Media, where she won numerous awards such as the Crowbar Awards, was featured in multiple festivals &amp; exhibitions internationally, and was also the recipient of the Ireland Funds Scholarship.</div><div><br></div><div>Prior to joining the Arts Management degree, Carla was a project manager at Yoroshiku Fantastic, and a Post-production Supervisor at DERYL Films. There, she worked on both commercial advertising projects, as well as documentaries for companies such as NHK, Japan’s national broadcasting station. In Singapore, Carla also worked for Gajah Gallery, one of Singapore's biggest private galleries. There, she assisted the team in the handling of artworks, the writing of materials and design of exhibition materials. Recently, Carla was the team leader for ARTWALK 2023, where she was responsible for managing the festival timeline &amp; budget, liaising with stakeholders, social media marketing strategies and co-curating <em>Common Thread,</em> an exhibition staged as part of the ARTWALK 2023 programming.</div><div><br></div><div>As a project manager and a curator in-the-making, Carla is a strong advocate for workplace inclusivity, particularly for neurodivergent people. When she’s not working, Carla can frequently be found at home playing competitive tetris.</div>]]></description>
