The parents are probably happier, and maybe they live their life more easier. But, I didn't say a divorce MOSTLY impacts the parents. A lot of times there are kids involved too. The kids have to switch houses and items back and forth every time they see a different parent. I do not have divorced parents, but I have friends who do. Sometimes one of my closest friends who has divorced parents get upset because they left something that they needed at their other parents house. Kids have to deal with not getting to see their parents very often. It would be really hard to deal with, because the kid can't spend time with their parents like one big happy family.
