Impact on work: When travelling I would like the flexibility on choice of hotel/location based on access to a gym. 
It is relatively easy when it comes to cardio so the runners are usually catered for but I need a gym with weights.
So if I need to stay a little further out or pay a little extra I would appreciate that.

If I'm away a lot with work (overnight) then I'll decide to work from home and that day might be random. It's not set in stone but I'll look at my calendar and make a decision that fits best with me. I also work from home on a Tuesday in order to do the school and nursery runs.

Impact on work: I have pre-arranged childcare which varies from day to day. On Mondays I work from home and the rest of the week I take Elliot to nursery at 08:30. This can be flexible and I am able to work from the office or other locations,as am I able to travel during week days.
