If you're planning to visit Viet Nam, I think you should come in September. It's summer here, but it's a great time to explore the cities and enjoy some street foods in Ha Noi. I recommend you visit Quang Ninh, and Ninh Binh. Ninh Binh has a lot of cultural activities, and Quang Ninh's natural beauty is breathtaking.

In terms of travel, I think you should hire a motorbike for the flexibility it offers. However, if you prefer public transportation, traveling by bus is also a good option.
