He has been a NorCal kid for most of his life, he attended Montgomery High School in Santa Rosa, where he was the captain of the swim team.

He balances his passion for mathematics with a love for snowboarding, LEGO, and all things Star Wars.

I earned my BA in mathematics and teaching credential from Humboldt State, and my MA in math education from Sonoma State. Because my family moved every 3 years or so, I grew up all over the US. I have 2 daughters, who graduated from CJSHS, and 4 grandchildren with another one on the way! My husband and I live on the north side of Santa Rosa. I like to puzzle, read, and watch the birds in my backyard.
I am really looking forward to reconnecting with students. Working with people is the best part of everything and anything I do.
