Sie wird als Mensch mit guter Bleibeperspektive deklariert und erhält eine befristete Aufenthaltserlaubnis sowie frühzeitige Integrationsleistungen (nach dem IntG). Ihr wurde ein Wohnraum im Landkreis Uelzen zugewiesen, obwohl sie eine Freundin in Braunschweig hat, die sie unterstützen würde. Sie kann an den vorgegebenen Integrationsmaßnahmen nicht regelmäßig teilnehmen, weil sie nicht mobil ist und keine Betreuung für ihre Kinder hat.
