Hannah Senesh's date of birth was July 17th, 1921. Senesh was born in Budapest, Hungary. When Senesh was 13 she had a diary and wrote about her life in it, She kept it for a while so there was most likely many subjects that Hannah talked about. She went to an agricultural school to study and then moved to a new school and studied poetry.

Joining the British army

Hannah Senesh heard about the war and joined the British army to fight against the Nazi's. Senesh volunteered to be parachuted into Europe to join the fight. They were trying to help allied forces. After Hannah Senesh crossed the border into Hungary. Hungarian authorities captured her for around 4 months. She tried to escape. Hannah was tortured badly and did not really care about living anymore. She was tortured for months. Eventually she was killed on November 7th, 1944.
