         <description><![CDATA[<div>Example: ORF: Oral Reading Fluency<br>                           NWEA Fluency test<br><br>&nbsp;A small group of selected students read a short story at their reading level to teacher and teacher assess WCPM and notes prosody and comprehension. This is done weekly to help teacher plan for&nbsp; instruction for following week. The rest of the class takes the NWEA fluency test to determine WCPM and assist in instruction to improve reading fluency.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Example: SBAC and WIDA <br><br>These 2 tests determine our standing in the district and there are good and bad consequences if we do not meet the norm. Our school rating( star), teacher evaluation, and need for assistants by state is determined by these assessments. Our WIDA results showed 65 % growth so as the WIDA manager for our school, I'm happy but now I have to set goals to beat that percentage.  High stakes and stress are definitely connected.</div>]]></description>
